THE HUNTED

The Hunted follows a group of close teenage friends hunting and fighting against supernatural evils like vampires, werewolves, witches and demons within their town.

The protagonist, David, is the newest selected soldier in a historical line of warriors fighting for good and protecting the innocent. The forces of evil believe him to be corruptible, and they set out to defy God and his religious warriors by turning David into their weapon leading them into the apocalypse. Michael, a legendary vampire, leads the hunt to bring David to his destiny.

Jon's inspriation behind the story

Growing up in an era of classic stories like The Goonies, The Lost Boys and Stand by Me, I’ve always had a love for the supernatural and adventure stories. Those films, along with some real-life “unexplainable” situations are where my inspiration came from in creating The Hunted.

I created a fictional version of North Olmsted Ohio, which is where I grew up. The bike path connecting Great Northern Mall and Stearns road is a place many North Olmsted alumni and I traversed at some point in our lives. I’ve witnessed some bizarre things on that bike path and have heard other stories involving it that lead me to believe there is some sort of supernatural presence there. With that and my imagination, I bring you The Hunted.
